"Yes. Blurbs is built to provide privacy for in-market and researching Buyers and comprehensive warm leads to vendors."

"No. Never. Blurbs finds 5-star reviews useless at scale when judging complex software solutions."

How do you make money?
"In order to support our buyer/vendor community, we offer tiered subscriptions to vendors based on the level of participation they require."

How do you give vendors a voice on your platform?
"A few different ways. We have a vendor voice section where vendors can talk about why they're remarkable, who their direct competitors, and share 3-5 Blurbs Live videos."

Do you charge vendors per lead?
"We do not. We give buyers the chance to submit complete RFIs that contain everything a vendor needs to respond with a thoughtful answer. The one thing it doesn't have is the buyer's name and contact info so they stay out of sales funnels."

How do you prevent fake reviews and content?
"We don't have reviews. Our content is generated by Vinny (our AI bot) based on exhaustive content provided by vendors. Our AI is programmed to remove bias from marketing materials and cut through jargon in lengthy product marketing documents."

Do you have a journalistic ombudsman or social editor to examine bias?
"We maintain a Blurbs Buyer Board who, via in person meetings, vets each vendor who joins the community. They don't want nonsense in the community, we don't want nonsense in the community, and vendors don't want nonsense in the community."

How do you use AI on your site?
"We have Vinny, our AI bot who is only interested in MarTech. He does a few things: 1) He boils down vendor content into Blurbs (get it?) βΒ accessible bits of content"

Do you focus on one particular vertical or are you a generic software site?
"We are MarTech only. Our founders come from MarTech, and that's how they figured out buyer/vendor communications are a mes."

Can you explain how you vet your site content, or is it a free-for-all?
"Yep. We vet every submission from vendors both internally (for formatting and correctness) and our ombudsman gang makes sure they're not full of it. We don't let just anyone off the street leave a review because let's face it, they're all fake."
